TEMPLATE FOR EXPANDED ABSTRACT FORMATTING
Insert the Title in Portuguese, English and Spanish, Times New Roman font, centered, in body 14, bold, upper and lower case (only initial capital letters), using a maximum of 200 strokes,
about two lines, single-spaced, no underlining and italics only for foreign words); on the first page, as the first footnote¹, the WG to which the paper is being submitted should be indicated.
¹ Example: Paper presented in WG 8 - Anarchic and sensorial methodologies.
After two lines, insert the name(s) of the author(s) in Times New Roman font (type), in 12-point font, round (normal), centered, single-spaced; Below the name of each author, insert also the full name(s) of the institution(s) to which the author(s) is (are) linked, as a teacher, researcher or student, in font (type) Times New Roman, in body 12, round, centered, single space.
Abstract
After two lines, insert the expanded abstract in Portuguese, using Times New Roman font, in 12-point type, with 1.5 spacing between lines, formatted for an A-4 page size, with portrait orientation. The top and left margins should be 3.0 cm; and the bottom and right margins, 2.0 cm. Minimum of 5000 and maximum of 10000 characters with space. The logical sequence of the abstract should contain: introduction, objectives, justifications, methodology, data analysis/results of the analysis. The abstract should not be divided into the sections specified above.
Key words
Insert the keywords in Portuguese, English and Spanish, in sequence on the same line, with a minimum of 3 (three) and a maximum of 5 (five) keywords, separated by ; (semicolon). Use Times New Roman font in body 12.
Note: the file of the expanded abstract must be prepared in microsoft word and saved with extension "doc" (cannot be "docx"). It should be named as follows: Full name of the author.doc. In papers with more than one author (maximum of three), the name of the 1st author should be identified.
POSTER FORMATTING MODEL
CONFECTION
1 - Size
* A0 (A zero) paper: 84.1 centimeters (width) X 118.9 (height).
Or handmade
* Width: from 80 centimeters to 1 meter (maximum);
* Height: from 1 meter to 1.20 meters (maximum).
2 - Title
* It must be the same as the abstract and in capital letters with a large font size (Example: Times New Roman font size 80).
* The font type should be simple and legible, allowing quick reading.
* Below the title should appear in this order: name of the author(s) and advisor(s), course, institution, city and state (recommended, like Times New Roman font, size 40).
3 - Body of the Poster
* The font size should allow its reading at two meters distance (for Times New Roman standard, approximately between sizes 35 to 40).

* Organize the information so that the central ideas of the work are easily grasped.
* Use as little text and as many figures, tables and charts as possible. The use of illustrations is important to attract the attention of visitors and to make the panel more appealing, bearing in mind that the illustrations must be related to the work and relevant to the topic.
* Use all available resources so that the poster arouses the interest of the public, preserving the aspects of readability and visibility.

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word in (.DOC) document file format.

The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
